FAQs - Important information for our customers
How long will it take my order to arribe?
We deliver most parcels within 3-5 working days. If your parcel is being delivered to a remote area such as the Highlands, Islands of Scotland or Isle of Man it may take up to 7 working days.
Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturdays, 8am - 5pm. We can't guarantee exact delivery times or dates but understand that waiting in all day isn't always possible.
We'll always make three attempts to deliver your parcel and may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour to ensure that your parcel reaches you.
You can also use our tracking service to follow your parcel at every step of the journey.

Where is my order?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.
You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into ‘My Account’ and view your order. If the status shows ‘Track This Order’, just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel. If the status shows ‘Shipped’, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn’t trackable.
Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

How do I return something?
We like to make things real simple to return items at Oopsie and we don't even grumble about it.
All you need to do it go to the returns page on the oopsie website and enter the order number and your email address to start the returns process and follow the instructions.
